What are you wondering about?

Delivery

As a estimate, it usually takes 4-7 working days from the time you have ordered the item until it is with you. Some extra delivery time may occur depending on where you live and whether the package fits in your mailbox or not.

Note: During periods of heavy traffic with us and / or Norway Post (typically holidays or sales periods), the delivery time may be somewhat longer.

For shipments abroad, please allow 7-10 working days from the time you have ordered the item until it is with you. Please note that the delivery time depends on which country the package is being sent to and where in the country the recipient’s address is.

Exchange / Return

You may exchange or return items within 14 days of the purchase date in store or by post. The item/s must be in its original condition.

IN STORE
Visit our showroom in Elverum we will happily offer an exchange or refund.

BY POST
If returned by post you must cover the postage return costs. Download our return form, fill it out and place it in the return package.

If your product/s are faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at post@linnwold.no post@linnwold.no and our team would love to assist with a replacement.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
– Customer name
– Order number
– Product name
– Picture/s of faulty or damaged product
– Picture/s of damaged packaging (if applicable)

Package tracking

Your order will be delivered to your nearest post office. When the order has been processed, you will receive a link where you can track your order until it has arrived. If the package is small enough to fit in your mailbox, there will be limited tracking. However, we can see if it is on its way and if it has been received by the customer.

When the package is delivered home, you will receive an automatic email or SMS notification when the package is on its way. The desired delivery date can be changed when the package is tracked, and you can authorise Norway Post to leave the package if you are not home at the given time.

For shipments abroad, you will be notified when the package is en route, and you will have the opportunity to track your order until it has arrived.

Feel free to send us an email at post@linnwold.no if something should be unclear or that you suspect that your package is on a wild goose chase.

Payment

We have several payment options available at checkout:

Klarna – Pay by card, buy now and pay later or split payments with Klarna. 
Vipps – Pay quickly and easily with Vipps (Norwegian app) on mobile devices.


If you have not received an order confirmation or invoice, you may want to check spam. It may also be that you have entered the wrong e-mail address, in which case contact us at post@linnwold.no and we will help you.

If you have a coupon code, you can register this in the shopping cart or checkout page. Where it says “Coupon: Apply Coupon” or “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. If you have completed an order but forgot to enter a discount code, you can contact us at post@linnwold.no and state your order number.

Coupon codes do not work on already discounted products, we may also have turned off the discount code for a given period due to other promotions that are running. If something is unclear or does not seem to work as it should, please contact us at post@linnwold.no.

Posters

Unfortunately, we do not adapt existing posters to new formats, colours, people and/or content. However, we do have a collection of personlige plakater where you can customise by adding your own desired text.

ARTWORK COMMISSIONS

One of a kind artworks / personal picture orders start at 20,000 NOK, – depending on content and size. If you are interested in a commissioned piece, please contact Linn directly at linn@linnwold.no to discuss your project proposal.

Showroom

You can choose to collect your order in-store by choosing “Hentes på vårt utsalgssted i Elverum” at checkout (“Country and Shipping” must be set to Norway). Your order is ready for collection when you receive an e-mail that the order has been processed. Our opening hours are every weekday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, if it is difficult to stop by at this time you can contact us at post@linnwold.no and we will try to find a solution.
